About the Light:

For a lighthouse that is located in one of the most densely populated parts of the Great Lakes, this site is one of the most secluded. The light is located on private property and is flanked by long-standing industrial facilities. Access is difticult by any means other than a healthy boat. This light was automated in 1935 and has a focal plane of 40 feet. Or if you wish, view from NY Route 5 on Southern approach into Baffalo.
