Fort Malden National Historic Park - Windsor, Canada
 
 

  This 11-acre historic site located on the banks of the Detroit River in Amherstburg was constructed in 1796 and was a strategic military post during the War of 1812 and the Rebellion of 1837.

Experience the life of a soldier through exhibits and demonstrations, living quarters and artifacts. Groups by appointment. Wheelchair accessible on the first floor of the main building, in the barracks, and throughout most of the park.
